How long does it take to produce a video tour?
Web video tours typically take 90 minutes to film and photograph. Post production editing and branding varies with each production.
Why do video tours cost more than 360 degree virtual tours?
Essentially, 360 degree virtual tours are misleading. In fact, they are not actually “tours”. 360 degree virtual tours are a series of still photography, taken in just a few minutes, that are stitched together to give the appearance that the viewer is standing in the middle of a room, spinning in a 360 degree circle. This is not to mention the distortion that often happens with low budget virtual tours. In comparison, a Brick House HD web video tour is a “mini movie” of your property, and is a much more elaborate production. Silver:House web video tours are shot on a true 1080 high definition cameras, professionally edited and synchronized with royalty-free ambient music. They are then branded with your company logo, photo and contact information. The result is next to none, and should never be substituted with so called “virtual tours”. In addition, you will find that Silver:House offers one of the most affordable web video tour services in the industry.

Can I upload my video tour to sites such as YouTube, facebook, etc?
Yes, this is one of the best ways to distribute the web video tour.
Can I use my video in the MLS?
Yes and No. The branded version of your video, with you in it, your logo and contact information cannot be used in the Multiple Listing Service. This is why we provide you with an UNBRANDED version of your video as well.
Who Owns My Video?
While we do reserve the right to use the videos on our own website in its entirety for promotional purposes, in most cases we release all the rights to you for you to use your video as you see fit.
Additional Things to Consider
We unfortunately are not home stagers, decorators or home cleaners. Your listing should be video-ready when we arrive. In some cases we recommend a professional home staging consultation prior to videography; professional home stagers know how to get a property video ready.
Due to the potential liability of damaging furniture, flooring, walls, decor, family heirlooms etc, we can not move furniture, exercise equipment, kitchen appliances, dog crates, etc. We also can not move bathroom supplies (toothbrush, toothpaste, perfume, cologne, shaving cream, razors, bath towels, you get the drift) so please be sure your seller has removed all personal hygiene items from bathroom counters, showers and/or bathtubs before we arrive.
